SMITH BOVILL, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of three new partners to the Great Lakes Bay Region Law Firm.

Christopher J. Radke specializes in real estate, estate planning, and business law.  Prior to joining Smith Bovill, Radke was a partner at Shinners & Cook, P.C. and he brings over 25 years of legal experience with him to Smith Bovill.  His broad experience includes serving as outside counsel for a large retail corporation, business entity formation, estate and trust administration, and complex real estate transactions.  Radke is active within his community and is a Past President of the Saginaw County Bar Association and of the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council.  Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Law School.  Chris resides in Saginaw with his wife and three children.  Radke will practice out Smith Bovill’s Saginaw office.

Errick A. Miles specializes in civil litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, medical malpractice, and family law.  Miles has practiced as an associate at the firm since 2014.  He graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2014 where he was a member of The Mock Trial Team and also served as a Teaching Assistant to first-year law students.  He graduated with a Criminal Justice degree from Saginaw Valley State University in 2011 and is a 2007 graduate of Laker High School.  Miles practices out of the firm’s Saginaw office.

Danelle E. Harrington specializes in estate planning, probate and trust administration, business formation and succession planning, and real estate transactions.  Harrington joined the firm in 2014 after her graduation from Valparaiso University School of Law where she served as an associate editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review, and clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Michigan Tax Tribunal.  She also graduated with a business administration degree from Central Michigan University in 2011 and is a 2008 graduate of Chesaning Union High School.  Harrington is the current Vice President of the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council.  She practices out of both of the firm’s offices, in Saginaw and Frankenmuth.
